So far, by far Becca had the best customer service, was very pleasant and just wanted to give her a shout out. There are 4 pools in there , one that is very shallow kiddie pool that's about 12" deep and temp 95-98 , 2 pools that are about 24" deep one was 102-104F and other was 105-107F. And a big pool that's was 66-68F and depth of 3 on shallow end and going as deep as 10' at the deep end.

There are tons of spots. But I had a disappointing time at the resort. I only wanted to sit in the hot springs for a bit. The employees were fine that day. However the next day, my car didn't start, and I had to walk to the resort to use a phone since there was no reception. The same person was there but completely wrapped up in a conversation with someone, so it was awkward to pull her away. She told me the nearest reception was at the Salmon Cascades two miles up, or we could use the phone in the corner. There were instructions on the phone to use it, but it didn't work. So I had to give up on that, and they were still talking so casually. They really didn't care about what was happening at all. Then I looked it up and realized the walk to Salmon Cascades was actually five miles away, but I was ignored when I brought this up. I guess it was really important those two caught up. If I were to walk into literally any restaurant (which the resort has) or business, and I needed help with an emergency, I would expect to get help. It's just the human thing to do. Most people would help. But maybe the resort needs help with helping its guests, so here are my suggestions as a former hostess: - Train employees for someone in need of emergency services and give them up to date information on the phone and make sure they know the area. If there's no service, they need to take responsibility as a hub to help travelers feel safe especially when there are bears are everything out there! Plus it's just hospitality to know the area to help people out who are lost. It leaves a good impression, too. - Take a guests concern seriously and work with them to find a solution, however trivial it may seem. - Lower the prices while you're at it. Don't gatekeep the experience for rich tourists. Until these things are changed, the resort is currently a soulless cashgrab, in an area with such sacred indigenous meaning...

Swimsuit spinner in ladies locker room hasn't worked for years. Management has allowed homeless persons to park overnight in the parking lot for extended periods of time as long as they leave by morning. Another semi-homeless person who collects her mail at the Y appears to have walked off with some of our belongings. Janie the yoga instructor has publicly shamed more experienced yoga participants in her all-levels class more than once. Black mold in the dry sauna persists. Customer service is sorely lacking. Overall, the Sequim YMCA is a mess and a poor value for the money as they recently raised annual membership dues to over $1,000 per year. According to a You Tube video by the Aquatics Manager, we're supposed to ignore all this because the Y is supposed to be about community!
