It was the biased comments he made along the way, and the lackadaisical approach and attitude he exhibited. In my opinion, as an attorney, his feelings should have been kept to himself and should not have played a part in they way he handled my case. There's more to it, but at the end of the day, I would NOT hire him. There are so many other attorneys to pick from; make sure it's someone who really has your best interest in mind.

He said "how can I charge them for telling me their problems? They're in a bad spot and they need help." Many of his clients were elderly, homebound. He would go to their homes when needed rather than making them find a way to come to his office. The last time he did this, he was in a horrible car accident, and was in a coma for months with a traumatic brain injury. It was hard for him to not return to practicing. He would say "but they need my help." When he passed away a few years later, I would find little places on Facebook where his obituary had been shared and the comments were all so great. He had helped so many people, and I want anyone who ever happens to stumble upon this to know what kind of man he was. He helped so many people through the worst times of their lives.
