I was given a brand new, inexperienced dental assistant who plainly did not know what she was doing. She gagged me 3 times trying to get X-rays, touched the dental drills with her bare, unwashed finger. She did not have the putty to make the temporary cap in the middle of my bite and did not let it set at all so it was formed wrong...the cap popped off the next day. Judy, the other DA told me to use toothpaste to put it back on....didn't work. Office closed on Fri and she did not want to meet me to put it back in. The cap never fit. After 4 visits with numbing, drilling and burning off my gum, I had to have the tooth extracted by an oral surgeon. The dentist cracked the tooth and did so much damage, it had to be removed. It was a horrible experience....do not go to this practice.
