We received two different estimates to encapsulate the crawlspace, both of which were competitive of each other. We chose Encapsulation Down Under because: they used quality materials and products. The barrier/liner they used in the crawlspace is 45mil thick, which assures me it will not tear because my occasional need to get under the house for repairs. They now owe me 520 (20 extra for the check bounce fee) and they REFUSE to pay it unless I take them to court!!! I have shed so many tears and I been taken complete advantage of.
