Barry did initial work for me at a house I was selling which went fine -- I needed another project…read morethat he was paid in advanced to complete work but it was never completed because the new owners went to another company and he has since refused to respond to any communication on getting my money back. 1200$ that he has pocketed from mine and my girls mouth. Just fyi on the "business owner" you might be considering. I am now having to file with the courts in getting my money back.

He assured me that they could go to the house the next morning (Thursday) and that I would be billed and I could pay via credit card. I contacted him early on Thursday morning ensuring that they would be going out, he confirmed. I contacted him in the afternoon to check on the status, he stated that they hadn't made it yet because of emergency calls. No big deal. I then contacted him a 3rd time later in the afternoon to confirm the work was completed (4:58 PM), and he then asked if it could be done the next day (today). I had to take the initiative to communicate with him the entire time to get answers. Unfortunately, I don't think this is a reliable plumber and I would not recommend. Note- this was a very easy / fast job that needed to be done on Thursday (turning water on).

Terrible customer service from their front desk person all the way to the owner of the business…read more Our new water heater failed and started leaking. The water heater was under warranty was the good news, however the labor to reinstall the new water heater isn't covered. The front desk person told me that they (Enterprise) have nothing to do concerning the warranty of the water heater, that comes from the manufacturer. So how could we (Enterprise) expect the labor to be covered as well. Hmm, if your product fails that you sell, why would the customer be expected to pay for the installation again....? On top of all of that, the invoice that was emailed to me stated it took 3 hours to install, the installer was at my house for a little over an hour. So either the installer lied about his time or the owner is knowingly padding his invoices. Either way, the owner told us to take our business elsewhere.

Had a plumber out from this company two weeks ago for a plugged toilet that hasn't been flushing…read morewell. He said he "fixed" it by snaking the toilet. Yesterday, the carpet was soaked. The walls are wet. The toilet overflowed. We now have to replace the flooring and walls on one side of the house. It's level 2 or 3 contamination. I called for emergency service, and the phone person was rude and gave no date or time. Let's just say we went with a different company for the cleanup and repairs. Within minutes of the new plumber from a different company looking at the toilet, he said we should have replaced the toilet due to calcium buildup, age, etc.

Nathan was called out to my house. He gave me a list of options that would be best. Unfortunately i couldn't afford those options and i didn't get approved for financing. So Nathan gave me a previous option from his list minus the camera and got me taken care of, along with made sure i had the information for the best option to take care of my issue once and for all. Nathan saved the day and kept my wife from removing me from this world! Thanks Nathan!

Honest & frustrated…read more If I could leave 0 stars, I would. I reached out to several other local plumbers first, and while they couldn't get me scheduled until later in the week, they were at least upfront about their availability, so I scheduled appointments with them. I then contacted Mr. Rooter and was told they could come Wednesday. Based on that appointment, I took time off work to be home and available. Then, 1.5 hours before service hours end on the day of the appointment, I get a call saying they need to reschedule. I completely understand that local plumbers are overwhelmed right now with everything going on with the flooding, and I genuinely have compassion for that. But I am overwhelmed too. I have been dealing with not being able to properly use the water in my home since the flood, and I'm trying to get this resolved. What exactly is the point of making an appointment if you can't honor the time you gave the customer? I could have kept my other appointments instead of rearranging my work schedule and losing money to be home for an appointment that ultimately wasn't going to happen. I understand being busy. What I don't understand is confirming an appointment, having someone take time off work to be there, and then canceling it the day of.
