And his response was immediately rude for no reason saying they were not open to the public and only do wholesale pickups. I pointed out that their were 5-6 other people in the store looking around and then I was told to leave. So I did, and on my way out I stopped and took a picture of their human sized decal in the front window that can be seen from the street that says "open to public" because after how aggressive this guy was I planned to talk to the owner about this employee. But then it only got worse because the owner apparently came out the front door being very aggressive asking if there's a problem and saying we could "handle it" he was being very threatening and completely un professional. After he confirmed he was the owner I had zero interest in even continuing the conversation because it was very obvious he didn't want my business but it all just really caught me off guard I've never been treated this way at all and by a business at that! They never mentioned that the State of Texas was banning vapes manufactured in China, nor did they give us any notice. After the ban took effect, we called them on September 2 to ask about returning products, and they gave us nothing but excuses. They claimed the items were "final sale" (a lie -- we were never told this). We asked to speak with a manager. One employee said he'd call us back after checking -- he never did. I called again a couple hours later and was told the manager was "at lunch." I even showed up in person the next day, and once again, the manager "wasn't there yet." It's a constant runaround, no accountability, and no respect for small businesses. Their customer service is non-existent. They don't care about helping or even being transparent. All they care about is making a sale, taking advantage of our small business owners. On top of that, the warehouse itself is not clean or professional. This is the worst company I've ever dealt with. No respect, no customer service, no honesty. If you're a new business, avoid Ravi's Import Warehouse at all costs. Zero value
