I have driven past this shop many times but did not have a need to stop. This past weekend, I had to order a special arrangement for my cousin, so I stopped. When I went in, there were other customers picking up their orders, and I was impressed! When it was my turn for assistance, I was greeted warmly. I described what I was trying to accomplish, she offered many suggestions and showed pictures of what she thought was a good fit. We agreed on an arrangement with delivery. Then the next response said they're only booking with a $3000 minimum. My experience with Williams was amazing from the beginning. I went in my initial appointment ( Referred by a friend too!) without any real clear ideas of what I wanted. All I had was my bridal party colors and a few pictures. Alicia took my small input and turned my wedding into a true fairly tale. They were able to provide floral arrangements for my Ceremony, Bridal Party and Reception. I noted my limited budget from the beginning and she was so helpful in providing all the details to how much each flower cost and help me make informed decisions. They were able to come in day of and set everything up for us to which helped a lot. My mother in law also used them for my Bridal Shower and everyone was so pleased!! read more

I am so disappointed in the flowers delivered to my best friends in Buffalo as they celebrate their 50th Wedding Anniversary. I called William's and and explained to them my friends do not like colors of red or pink and they do not like roses. I told Jordan I wanted a bouquet like the one called "Waves of Blue" and pictured on their web site as: "So simple, yet so incredibly gorgeous, this lovely bouquet featuring white callas in a blue contemporary glass cube vase is truly a stunner. They'll be thanking you for weeks. The exquisite bouquet includes white miniature callas, blue hydrangea and white hydrangea accented with assorted greenery. Delivered in a blue contemporary glass cube vase." The young lady at Williams told me they may not be able to get the miniature Callas but they would use either Fuji Mums or Oriental Lillies in their place. I told her that would be fine as long as the color combination was blue and white ONLY and I ordered the Deluxe edition. My friend just sent me a picture of what was delivered and I wish I could post that picture here. There is no white flowers, they are a cream or butter color and Oriental Lillies were used in place of the Callas. The kind of flower is fine but the color is not. The hydrangea is purple, not blue and does not look real fresh. If I had wanted purple, I would have ordered purple! The final straw here is my girlfriend told me the Roses smell real good. Roses?? I told Jordan no roses as my friends do not like them. I am so disappointed and although I have lots of friends and family left in the Buffalo area, you can bet I will not be calling Williams again. read more

First off, there were so many beautiful arrangements to pick from! We landed on a fall arrangement and my parents absolutely loved them; I believe my Mother's exact words were "the picture doesn't do them justice!" I entered the store today 12/30/2013 and was received with the lowest, unfavorable customer service I have ever experienced. The florist was unhelpful, and extremely rude. Not to mention she did not even attempt to create an eye pleasing bouquet out of the flowers I chose. For the amount of time and money WASTED, I was better off going to purchase my flower arrangements from a supermarket. As this would have been much more superior to this appalling place. read more

Had to order an arrangement for a wake that needed to be delivered the day before Valentine's Day. I picked out a modern/contemporary arrangement as I did not want to send the "usual" sympathy funeral type arrangement. I was not disappointed. The arrangement was gorgeous and everyone commented on how nice/different it was. Plus it was something that the family got to take home, not like all the other arrangements that get left behind and thrown out by the funeral home. I was looking online for the easiest and most cost-effective way to send my mother flowers for Mother's Day. Initially I logged onto FTD.com but as I got to the payment page I noticed a $22 Service Fee for the order. Knowing there must be a better way, I quickly Googled florists in W. Seneca. William's was one of the first hits so I selected a bouquet and paid - alas, no Service Fee! Not only did the bouquet look great, they sent me three separate emails reminding and confirming delivery. 5 stars - keep up the great work. read more

Customer Service that is above and beyond!! I recently stopped into William's to order an arrangement for my girlfriend's graduation. I had always gone to Ebenezer Florist for all my flower needs but when I went there on this occasion I learned that they no longer do bouquets. They referred me to William's. I regret not switching to William's sooner! The associate who helped me was courteous and very helpful. She quickly and confidently answered all my questions about what is appropriate for this occasion. I placed my order and told her I would be back on Friday to pick them up. While sitting at the Friday night Hooding Ceremony I realized I forgot to pick up the flowers and that the store was now closed and did not open until the same time the Graduation Ceremony would start on Saturday morning. I called and as expected there was no answer. In a last ditch effort, that I didn't expect to work, I reached out to their Facebook page and sent them a message explaining the situation. Within 10 minutes I had a response from Alicia saying that she would make sure she was there at 8am the next morning to allow me to get the flowers. The personal customer service I experienced is almost unheard of in today's automated world. Although I am currently living out of state, anytime I return to WNY I will be sure to utilize William's Florist for all my Floral Needs. read more

The staff in our office ordered online the Your Sweet Smile by Teleflora bouquet along with the sponge candy for the Executive Assistant in our office for Secretary's Day. We were disappointed with how late in the day the delivery arrived at our office and how small the bouquet was for how much we paid for it. The bouquet pictured look much bigger and prettier online.
