Please avoid this company and this liar. My experience mirrors the multiple reviews. Money given and work not completed. The amount of money this individual has taken from grieving families and prolonging the grieving process is shocking. I have had a similar experience. Paid for death date to be added to an already in place headstone for my mother. At time of order 3 to 4 weeks, approaching 2 years and still not complete. Will not answer phone or respond to messages. The excuses I have been given over the last 22+ months included small business struggles, training staff, over extended, weather related, broken foot, every promise to make it right another lie but still taking orders from other families. read more

He does a nice job on the headstones but takes his sweet time getting the job done! He will give you a date but he won't have it started by the date! You will wait months until you finally get fed up and have to threaten small claims court! Then he will get the job done. But expect to wait several months. If I can give this company a zero star I would. I ordered a headstone for my grandmothers tomb in Mexico. David my father and I designed it. David said 6-8 weeks were now one year and a month later and he is yet to finish it. after multiple calls he does not answer I've emailed him and gone to his office and his wife and daughter just deny him. I've gone different times of the day and always been told he's not home and he'll give me a call back and he never does. I will never be coming back to this place. and I don't recommend it to anyone. read more

Do NOT use this man's services, unless you want to wait months and months for him to get the job done and also beg him to please finish it. He promised my family to have our headstone in three months, but it took him way longer than that. In my opinion, he was very dishonest and unprofessional. When you meet him, he is very nice and sells himself really well talking about his christianity, but once you pay him, get prepared for a nightmare. After the 3-month deadline he promised, he would not answer his phone and when he did, he always had excuse after excuse. He was either, "out of town" or "had a personal issue." My experience with this company was not good at all. Dealing with the pain of my loved one was bad enough and he made it worst for the whole family. read more

If you love your family members, please do not use Williams Monuments. We paid him in full 6 months ago to do my Grandmother's headstone. He doesn't return our calls and when I do finally reach him he's full of excuses and false promises. The cemetery confirmed he hasn't been out to her grave at all. There is no review low enough for this guy, I paid him to paid him in March to pick up a headstone and put the date of death on it. He went to the cemetary and took the headstone without checking it out. He kept it for months and said he didn't have it, Finally when I ask for my money back 3 times no response. He January he finally emailed me after I sent him a final notice to refund my money before small claims action, he emailed me and said he would do it right away, I think 10 months is long enough, He made me think it had been stolen, First class creap!!! read more

I contacted this company requesting a headstone for my daughter who passed away last November she was 16. David the owner told me he could make the monument and do so in a reasonable amount of time. It was to be a dual headstone with herself and her father. It was very very expensive. Double what other companies were asking. He said he would do a much better job and get it done faster. He did do it fast however he did not fill in any of the lettering. As soon as it was set it got full of dirt and you couldn't read the names. I contacted him and asked him to fix it. He said he would do it immediately. I contacted him numerous times until April and every time he would say he was looking for a solution and he would fix it as soon as he could find something. In the end he said he was too busy working on a large piece of granite for another job to fix it. He did not care that he had given his word and taken $2,000 from me. Heartbreaking. Can't even read her name. Found out afterwards from the cemetery and another Monument person that he does this on a regular basis. read more

7 months ago I went to David regarding a headstone for my father who passed in a tragic accident. I showed him the design I wanted and asked for a time frame and price. He said a design like that would take him 3 months to complete and we verbally agreed to all terms then and there. Month after month I had to track him down and ask him for an update. Each time his answer would be "soon", "next week", "Monday", "Wednesday" and it wasn't done. Deadline after deadline would pass and he would just tell me "Sorry, I've been busy". He even had the nerve, after another missed deadline, to tell me that I needed to give him more time because his father-in-law died. I begged him for a refund on several occasions (he's been paid in full since August), which he refused, and then pleaded with him to please have it completed before the holidays. I would not recommend David at all, in fact, I would encourage everyone to stay clear from him. For anyone else that has this problem, please contact the Better Business Bureau; David has to know what he's doing is wrong. read more
