I wanted to give our business to the local small business owner. I worked with Rick at colusa net for 22 days to get service. The job required mounting his equipment on the top of our existing 48 ft antenna tower. Difficult, perhaps, but he asked that we source the bucket truck for him to do the job- an additional $300 expense. Not a big deal. The issue we have, and that earns him a 0 star rating, is how he continually flip-flopped. We would be scheduled for an appt. Then he would text me before and suddenly not think it was a good idea. He would tell my husband one thing and then we would move forward with the planning then tell me the opposite. He would talk to my husband with respect and tell him we could do the job then be the opposite with me, getting snippy reminding me he was only going out of his way because my father-in-law is a good customer. Since when is doing a job going out of one's way... since when is the customer responsible for locating, renting, transporting equipment he needs to do his job. He may provide good service to his existing customers, but we will never know.
