Their online booking experience was easy and I found their rates more reasonable than the other nanny agency our hotel recommended. (I reached out to both and quickly compared all-in pricing.) The babysitter we were assigned, Rima, arrived on time and kept us updated on how things were going. She brought games and activities for my 7 year old daughter based on her interests, which I appreciated. The only thing that was a bit challenging is that we had to communicate with our babysitter via the Telegram app, which was new and different for me. I would have preferred WhatsApp or simple texting instead. Overall, I was happy with Grapevine and would recommend them to anyone looking for at-hotel childcare while in wine country with their children.

Everybody was professional and nice and sweet and acting like they could help. I was set up with an interview with the office lady who I guess interviews for the office work they only asked me what I wanted to do not exactly what they had available which is pretty broad. I thought they were an agency that actually just helps you get employed during rough times. I have over 15 years of Customer Service or retail office experience but because it wasn't recent, I was told that I wouldn't be placed anywhere so they try to place me in industrial warehouse work, which is pretty nonchalant easy. Maybe not physically easy but you follow directions you do what you're supposed to do and that's it. Because I had no industrial experience, not as a common sense is it necessary to do warehouse work? I was shined away and not even placed at a minimum wage warehouse position. I am a licensed EMT. I was finally looking for something that wasn't as stressful as a 12 hour shift. I just lost my job over seven years and they couldn't place me anywhere. A ridiculous joke their statement was I don't have any recent experience. I'm sorry I'm too busy giving people CPR. And talking to doctors. Highly non-recommended for me at least.
