I have never been able to speak directly with my agent, as he is consistently unavailable and does not return calls. Additionally, the staff in the office are not equipped to answer my questions, take accurate messages, or provide timely follow-ups. To say I am disappointed is an understatement. I will be switching to Allstate this week--and, regrettably, it appears that no one in that office is concerned about losing a long-standing client.

He also noticed that my birthday will be tomorrow and wished me a happy birthday in advance and explained premiums are based upon your age when you initially enroll. I talked to Kailyn a few minutes earlier to make my payment in advance of autopay. She was cheerful just like every agent that I've ever spoken to at Mr. Barnes' office.
