Much more responsible and reliable than Tommy's car wash. Good value for the money, and you always leave with a clean car unlike Tommy's.

Under Cameron as manager I gave it 5 stars. 4 managers later and quality has gone down hill…read more Vacuums are usually blocked and not working now and when they are they are not as powerful as when Cameron was there. Pre wash used to include bug soak but now they skip leaving the bugs on. Wheels and wheel wells used to be sprayed off now just a cursory wet down. Windows used to be blasted off now a quick wet down. Adjustments to soap/rinse now leave soap on the back of my car per photos of another reviewer. Very happy with Cameron as manager before he left now looking elsewhere with the new management in place One * for Good Price One * Car is somewhat cleaner One * Sympathy, used to be great place So Sad :(

This place used to be the place to go to get a deep, clean and shiny wash for my truck. The way that it all was done under 3 minutes made me feel suspicious about the service. When I pulled over to check, my truck was still covered with dirt and debris. My tires didn't get washed at all. The whole truck didn't get washed at all. I have never regretted spending money like that before as much I did last night. I feel like I was scammed into paying $12 for a service that I didn't receive and there was no one there to talk to. One girl was up there on her own and she didn't even know what to do because she new. This was a complete was of time and money.

As someone who loves her car, I no longer take it anywhere in Manhattan!…read more The attendants are friendly and helpful, they offer free vacuums and a discount for the military. My car always comes out sparkling. They are a bit far away from where I live but worth the drive! Sometimes the waits can be long but it moves fast and your car will never look better!

Bottom Line Up Front: Positives - free vacuums and $4 discount for military. The dryers are…read moreterrible! Decided to take a gamble with the midwest weather and wash my car (forecast showed no rain for at least 5 days). Unfortunately, there was a thunderstorm that night, wth? Anyways, the car wash is isolated between the Stagg Hill Golf Course and Fort Riley Blvd. Once you pull up into the drive way, the vacuums are located on the right side before you make the u-turn towards the car wash glass house (looks like you're driving through a greenhouse). Vacuums work well, no issues with that at all. I paid $8 for my wash, military gets $4 off of their top tier wash. The car was fairly clean afterwards minus the lower portions all around the whole car. What annoyed me most was that the dryer did nothing. The entire car was still covered in water droplets. The rims were about 75% clean. Had to pull over to the side after exiting the "glass house" to wipe down the car (took about 30 minutes). It would be nice if they had a covered area for this. The car behind me had to do the same. There are a few other car wash locations throughout Manhattan that I will try before I ever go back to this location. Honestly, I would rather wait and do my washes back in Kansas City than go back to the bubble wash. But, if you don't care about residual water after a car wash and you're in the military, this place may work for you.
