Firstly, I emailed a number of services, and they had a very fair price. Secondly, they were very quick to respond to my emails and my call. On the day needed, I received a call from the business about 15 minutes before the time they were to arrive, which really put me at ease and allowed us to get things organized. The workers introduced themselves, and were very courteous and very quick. The whole process took less than 10 minutes, and ended with a thank-you and a handshake! I cannot comment on the recycling end of this transaction, but I assume it will be done properly. As a resident of the west end I really am tired of seeing couches, t.v.s, mattresses etc, etc, etc in the alley at the end of every month, and so I was happy to see that my old couch is dealt with properly. I would not hesitate to use this service again, and will recommend it to friends whenever possible.

They said that the furnitures have to be done first so they can donate them to Goodwill. After being gone for about one hour, they came back with the same load saying they cannot donate to goodwill. BTW, the furnitures were in excellent condition and I have pictures to prove it. Now, because they came back, they want the same furniture load counted as a separate load making the total cost for disposal of both the furnitures and some other junk to Can$1,393.00. Ridiculous, right? We were getting ready to just have them unload the furnitures from their truck and do them ourselves. Finally, they agreed to Can$820.00.
