There are 2 doctors: Dr. Beth and Dr. Francisco Hodges and a bevy of P.A.'s that seem to change every 9 months or so. They have a well rounded practice that includes allergy testing, weight management, and chronic care management, and they take care of seniors in some of the local nursing homes as well. Dr. Beth gave great care to my Mom before she passed away at the age of 93; and they are giving me great care as well. I do recommend this practice.

While I have nothing negative to say about the nurses or the office, I have terminated my relationship with this practice because of the way I was treated by the medical "professional" assigned to me at my last visit. If you are looking to establish a trusting relationship with a Healthcare provider who is kind, empathetic,, and genuinely interested in your well-being, I strongly suggest you look elsewhere. Change may be inevitable, but in my opinion it destroyed the wonderful atmosphere the former physicians took decades to establish.

I saw Charlotte Nche, NP to establish a chart and she was very attentive, easy to talk to and I felt like she really cared about me and my concerns. The rest of the staff I interacted with were all very friendly and welcoming. LeBauer is apart of the Cone Health system so you are able to use their MyChart portal to update your information, to see any test results and to communicate with the office. This eliminated having to fill out that stack of paperwork you normally fill out at the doctors office which I greatly appreciated. Both my initial visit and return to have blood work done were very timely. For my initial visit I waited less than 5 minutes before being called back and the bloodwork took about 10 minutes total from my arrival to me walking out the door. Overall I am happy to be a patient at this location.

When I arrived, I was greeted by the friendly receptionist. My wait wasn't long at all. Matter of fact, I pulled out my phone in the waiting area to play a quick game. I couldn't finish a round before my name was called. That is amazing to me...I can raise my hand if asked if I've ever waited in what feels like a waiting room purgatory. The nurse quickly got me checked in. She explained the process thoroughly. She was very friendly. My visit was to see Charlotte Nche. She is so nice and considerate. She answered all of my questions. The lab team was also friendly. Everyone seemed pleasant. I would highly recommend going. This location is clean, modern and based on my first impression, I think they take care of their patients. I got really good vibes during my appointment. Oh...before I forget, I got my labs literally the next day with a follow up phone call. I just love it when I strike gold with any business!

I'm a pretty good judge of character and I firmly believe that this office is sincere and caring. Nobody is perfect, includeding myself, but I firmly believe that I have found a doctors office that comes as close to this as possible. They may not be the doctor's for you but I believe in them and if you are looking for a doctor, I think that you should give them a try.
