I saw Charlotte Nche, NP to establish a chart and she was very attentive, easy to talk to and I felt like she really cared about me and my concerns. The rest of the staff I interacted with were all very friendly and welcoming. LeBauer is apart of the Cone Health system so you are able to use their MyChart portal to update your information, to see any test results and to communicate with the office. This eliminated having to fill out that stack of paperwork you normally fill out at the doctors office which I greatly appreciated. Both my initial visit and return to have blood work done were very timely. For my initial visit I waited less than 5 minutes before being called back and the bloodwork took about 10 minutes total from my arrival to me walking out the door. Overall I am happy to be a patient at this location.

When I arrived, I was greeted by the friendly receptionist. My wait wasn't long at all. Matter of fact, I pulled out my phone in the waiting area to play a quick game. I couldn't finish a round before my name was called. That is amazing to me...I can raise my hand if asked if I've ever waited in what feels like a waiting room purgatory. The nurse quickly got me checked in. She explained the process thoroughly. She was very friendly. My visit was to see Charlotte Nche. She is so nice and considerate. She answered all of my questions. The lab team was also friendly. Everyone seemed pleasant. I would highly recommend going. This location is clean, modern and based on my first impression, I think they take care of their patients. I got really good vibes during my appointment. Oh...before I forget, I got my labs literally the next day with a follow up phone call. I just love it when I strike gold with any business!

I received text about my appointment, a reminder for my appointment, and even a follow after my appointment. I did make appointment as they do take walk ins as well but you may not get in as quick. Several people were there when I arrived but all seemed to be seen fairly quickly. While I was there, a woman fell when she got up and the doctor and nurse where by her side as soon as I was and I was 10' from her. Another gentleman was having issues in his car and the nurse went outside in 35 degree wet, rainy weather to attend to him. This is a care that is so seldom seen anymore and it was like just routine for them. I give them a huge attaboy and say keep up the great work. Yes, by all means I recommend this facility and I pray they don't change their mentality. A job well done!

Been under their care for almost twenty years, They are very good about working in emergency…read moresituations. Most of the time we see a PA or NP and most of the experiences have been positive. The caregivers that weren't as good don't tend to stay on very long. Waits are not usually long and they arrange testing in advance of physicals. There have been a couple of times when we had to get results online but these have been crazy times and those events were more the exception than the rule. They have worked with us through Covid and associated testing and we see no reason we won't be with them for years to come.
