I saw Charlotte Nche, NP to establish a chart and she was very attentive, easy to talk to and I felt like she really cared about me and my concerns. The rest of the staff I interacted with were all very friendly and welcoming. LeBauer is apart of the Cone Health system so you are able to use their MyChart portal to update your information, to see any test results and to communicate with the office. This eliminated having to fill out that stack of paperwork you normally fill out at the doctors office which I greatly appreciated. Both my initial visit and return to have blood work done were very timely. For my initial visit I waited less than 5 minutes before being called back and the bloodwork took about 10 minutes total from my arrival to me walking out the door. Overall I am happy to be a patient at this location.

My first visit at this clinic, he gave me the standard allergy test, where they check your reactions to different common allergens on your back. After sitting for 20 minutes or so, I had to have a few retested on my arm. After that, he talked with me about the results and the different allergies I tested positive for. He was very informative and he cared about how much money I was going to have to spend on medications. He gave me a coupon for my (very expensive) eye drops. He also gave me a coupon for my inhaler. After that, he gave me several coupons on covers for my mattress and my pillows. His staff was very kind too. My least favorite part is the asthma test where you have to blow into the tube machine. It's complicated to do it correctly, because it feels very unnatural, but that's just part of the process. I'm going to keep going to Dr. Bardelas, and if you're looking for an allergist, you should definitely check him out.
