The problem is explained. -The Company doesn't care about its clients- much less getting new ones. -The fish is rotten from the head down- Maybe they aren't open at corporate either? This was my first visit to Dr. Butler's office. His staff was very friendly and welcoming. My…read morehusband had an appointment with the PA there. Toward the end of the appointment Dr. Butler came into the exam room. It is the first time in my life A doctor didn't introduce themselves and instead the PA was left to do so. My husband has been suffering extreme abdominal pain and extreme fast weight loss. Dr. Butler did not behave in a professional manner. There was mustard spilled all over his lab coat and he would ask questions but then not leave my husband any time to answer. When I would jump in to add something as my husband had asked I do previously in case he forgot something the doctor put his finger up and shhushed me. He was rude. While the staff was friendly I would not recommend this doctor to anyone.

I called for an appointment and was seen in less than a week.(Very much appreciated!) I had my colonoscopy a few days later. It turned out great! During my 1st consultation Dr. Butler was running behind schedule because he was so busy with other patients. I found to my surprise he is actually a doctor that listens, takes recorded notes, makes sure he understands what you are telling him and goes into detail as to what the procedure entails. In other words, I was a person, not a chart number! He left me assured I was in good hands! At follow-up he explained what and why he was recommending other tests for a health issue I did not know I had but was found during my off site testing because of the symptoms I had told him about at my 1st visit! Yes, he shushed me also but it was because he needed to talk to me. Not vise-versa. I will definitely be going back to Dr. Butler! Not to leave out the staff...they were all wonderful also!

Excellent customer support from everyone! The gentleman I scheduled with was so helpful; correcting my booking errors and had great patience and understanding. Lkisha, the phlebotomist, called the day before and showed up right on time. She is friendly, detailed, and very professional. I've had some difficult draws, but she has the knack. Did the blood draws for my Genova kit and was in and out so quickly. No lines, no waiting room, no driving in the 40 degree weather and I got my coffee and breakfast right away after fasting overnight! Win, win, win! Excellent service. Thanks so much!

It was eventually done and shipped as promised. In all a great convenience and experience with every drop counts mobile phlebotomy.

No one likes to get their blood drawn. How many times do you have lengthy wait times in overcrowded…read morewaiting rooms? Today was my first day getting my blood drawn from here. It was a night and day difference from the large organization with borderline rude phlebotomists. I was called back immediately after checking in. The phlebotomist stuck my left arm (my right arm appreciated the break). I have great veins, but people still want to miss them on my left arm. She did not. She was amazing. Most importantly when I asked a question she did not get rude. We ended up having a great conversation. I wish I got her name because she was amazing. I recommend making an appointment because otherwise you may have to wait. I made my appointment yesterday morning for this morning. Easy peasy.

When she failed, I quickly called Arcpoint Labs 30 min away and they gave me an appoinment immediately knowing I was in a bind and had to get my testing box out that morning. They were understanding, lovely, friendly and COMPETENT! They were patient with me as I was rushing to get there and frustrated with the lab 20 min. from my house. What a breath of fresh air.
