When I ask about it, the service manager said there was nothing they could've done that would have created such an issue. Two to three months back-and-forth with the transmission shop with no solution. Finally to Fairway Ford, where they discovered two plastic buttons had been left out of the air intake snorkel allowing it to choke off the intake air at full throttle. In the end I was without the use of my truck for months, while accruing over $600 in expenses to ferret out the problem. When I approached the service manager about the resolution all he had to offer was "I hate that happened to you" and quickly turned back to his computer.
