We scheduled an appointment to come in and pick out our floor plan, colors, countertops, cabinets, etc. The appointment was at 1PM. The realtor (Kassie) had double booked appointments. We had some questions about the contract and she was shocked that we would even question anything. She was bouncing between us and another couple buying a home. Our own realtor was shocked over how things were handled. We ended up spending 4 hours in their office because even though she knew we were coming she didn't have the countertop samples!! She had given them out to someone to take home and look over and forgot to get them back. She ended up not getting them back until almost 5PM. We had all the paperwork filled out and ready to go, we were literally waiting on those samples. We finally got them and it took us 15 minutes to pick them out. Kassie was going on vacation that weekend and when 5PM hit she went to leave. I DO NOT THINK SO! We waited for those freaking samples for hours only to have you bail so you didn't have to submit our contract to the builder before you left for vacation? Avoid this place like the plague. They are so incredibly unprofessional, unresponsive, and honestly I feel like there's likely something going on behind the scenes. It doesn't help that Tate Cymbaluk serves on the Planning and Zoning committee, something that would be illegal in most areas considering he's a realtor as well. Conflict of interest much?!

I would not recommend Sarah Senderhauf as a realtor, my husband and I were not pleased with our…read moreexperience having Sarah Senderhauf represent both us and the builder. Starting with the fact that Sarah decided not to disclose to us that she was in a relationship with the builder which caused her to only represent him and not fight for us the buyers when there were multiple problems along the way with our home build. Communication with Sarah was not what one would like to have with their realtor as she was not the best at returning emails or phone calls, we felt like she was constantly brushing us off. After we finally closed 4 months after our original closing date Sarah took it upon herself to play collector for the builder who was hassling us to release Escrow funds that were held back until some work was completed which it never was, Sarah called and emailed us almost daily to release funds to the builder (her boyfriend) or he would place a lien on our property. Builder and now Sarah have left the Williston ND area... very interesting.

We needed month to month leasing and Golden City was immediately able to offer us a clean and beautifully up kept, quiet 3 bd 2 bth in a private 4-plex property with 2 car garage, 2 additional parking spaces and in-home laundry room with washer and dryer! It was a breeze to do the paperwork and Courtney was the best to work with because she was sweet, super helpful and able to get us what we needed.
