And continued yelling... I just kept walking. My friend heard this entire CRAZY thing go on. . I've never seen this person on this property before. yet this is the second time this happened. Except it was a different guy who lives in the condos. Who strolls through here like he owns it. My dog Is NOT aggressive in any way! I guess there is something in the water !!

We lived in Cary and I decided to retire from Nursing after 30 years and we moved to Hawthorne as a station with ever seeing the apartment, but just talking to the staff and when we got there, we were so excited we were living on the courtyard and a beautiful two bedroom two bath apartment. I met so many friends, the amenities Are unbelievable we had food trucks we had catering we cooked breakfast for the residences maybe once a month we had potluck dinner as we played bingo. If you ever get a chance live at Hawthorne at the station do it. Enjoy bagels and pastries every Saturday morning but hurry, cause they go fast we now live at Hawthorne at Oleander and we lived at Hawthorne at friendly in Greensboro While we were waiting to get into Hawthorne at Oleander, they stayed in touch with me here for six months before we moved in. They even invited us down for all the meals that the surrounding restaurants brought them food and they were just in the process of building when we got here we were some of the very first and were greeted with open arms And we left everyone here summer gone and we love them deeply. We feel so secure here welcomed here and wanted here we have the best gym, a fantastic salt, water pool. We have amenities like the Christmas party last year and the Christmas party this year catered by Casey's buffet. It was so much fun and delicious and we're looking forward to next year And the year after we chose a smaller apartment here because there's just the two of us now and we love it it's like a little cottage inside. The elevator is right across from us you never hear a single bit of noise we have to be in the most quiet building there is, the maintenance man a great Tony and Dylan. The two greatest guys you're welcome into your home even if it wasn't for maintaining your unit, please come and visit us and let them know in the office that Darlene and Michael sent you. It makes such a difference having wonderful leadership at the helm of any ship, and I can't say enough wonderful things about the staff - first with Hannah, Meagan and Emily, and now with Patrick and Haley following in their footsteps. This community is so lucky to have Mike as the kind, competent, hardworking head of maintenance. The collective staff has always gone out of their way to make this community feel like home to the residents. Whenever we have faced an issue with our apartment, the staff has exceeded our expectations in leadership, communication, kindness, expediency and follow-through. My boyfriend and I moved here temporarily after being displaced by water damage a year and a half ago. Downsizing from a 3BR home into a 1BR apartment took some getting used to, but we have fallen in love with Arbor Trace and we've decided to hit pause on building a new home for the time being. I don't think there's a more beautiful community in Wilmington, thanks to the preservation of the large Live Oaks throughout Arbor Trace, which are illuminated at night. We couldn't ask for a more perfect location, as it's just 10 minutes to downtown and 15 minutes to Carolina Beach. It's a kind and quiet community, filled with a diverse community of happy dogs and their owners. We attended the recent fall festival thrown by Patrick and Haley. They went above and beyond to make it a fun, creative day for the residents by providing free pizza, snow cones, Haley's special cheese fondue, caramel apple bar and live music. Patrick arranged for a professional photographer to take a free photo for each resident. After 18 years together, my boyfriend and I have our 1st professional photo, thanks to the beautiful eye of Savannah brown, (savbrownphotography.com). We couldn't be more grateful for our time living here at Arbor Trace.

I ended up getting a spot close to the outdoor pool and never had a problem with parking. I had a two bedroom apartment on the second floor and there was plenty of space for 2 of us to live. Whenever there was a problem, maintenance was quick to respond and fix the issue. In the 2.5 years I lived there it was quiet (minus the main street but to be expected). The front office ladies were always very hospitable and kind when I needed anything. Rent is done online, which helps your credit score and is very convenient. For the cost and location this is a great place to live and I always felt safe and well taken care of. As a lease paying parent of a college student at this apartment; I have come to the conclusion that…read morethe Lofts at Randall consistently fails to uphold fair business practice to a very vulnerable student population. My child was cited for cosmetic damage to a unit bathtub at the time of unit turn over/check out inspection ($150). With still 2 months of lease payment remaining (summer)...we commited to pay for an unoccupied and LOCKED room in accordance with the lease contract. At full lease end she was again cited for common area clean up fees, "newly discovered" bathtub damages (an additional $178), and unit dresser damages ($75)...all after 2 months of not setting foot inside the apartment complex. This company conducts predatory consumer techniques in order to entice the business of a transient population who rarely have the time nor the disposable income to mount a formal complaint. UNCW and the local business consumer bureau should investigate this facility in order to provide current and future residents and students necessary precautions and advisement. Carefully consider other apartments in the area. There are facilities with better customer service, professionalism, maintenance response records, and basically more appropriate business ethics. UPDATE: The Regional Property Manager just provided me an update. All lease holders will be liable for any and all damages incurred to an assigned unit, to include shared common areas even when the tenant has vacated and turned in his/her keys (until contract termination date). Liability will continue to be assessed against the lease holder even after the unit inspection has been conducted and unit keys turned in. Lease holders will be liable for any damages executed by other tenants occupying the facility even after leaving and turning-in unit keys. I encourage all tenants who are affected by the same predatory practice to report Plato's Lofts at Randall Apartment to the campus housing office and the Wilmington Business Consumer Bureau. This company will have a few investigations coming before the fall term.

(Some people in our group went to Carolina beach last year and they said it felt like a dive bar and Wrightsville Beach was much nicer. ) The sandwich shop next door had decent prepared sandwiches, coffee, and alcohol. We also had a good dinner at Oceanic across the street. The pool was very nice and never very busy. Our rooms were clean and the place was quiet (except for footsteps above). Each suite is individually owned so there was variability in the kitchen set up (e.g., full-sized fridge vs smaller, oven vs toaster oven, high table vs regular table) and decor of some units is more updated than others. Also, my unit had blackout drapes but others didn't. They also had beach chairs, beach towels, and sand toys available to use. WiFi was fast enough to upload pictures to social media but was slow for more data-heavy tasks. Breakfast is available in the lobby starting at 7:30. There are no tables to eat in the lobby but they have trays so that you can take the food back to your room. They had fresh fruit, juices, cold cereal, instant oatmeal, instant grits, packaged pastries, coffee (no decaf), and tea. Taphne and Steven were extremely nice and very helpful. Our reservations were complicated and changed at least twice and they were very accommodating. We booked directly (instead of booking dot com) and Taphne gave us a discount.
