The times I needed them, they came either the same day or the next. They send in exterminator every 3 months. They automatically change the heating filter - once a year. They recently power washed all of our patios. The pool and laundry room are always clean and well tended. They also have community activities, such as a Christmas party with prizes. All in all, I find living here is quite pleasant and would highly recommend it.

We left apartment cleaner than we got it yet they charged us for cleaning. $250 for carpets. Don't rent here. Total rip off waiting to happen. They also took 2 months to refund "deposit".
