I didn't try on the dress after the minor alterations, so imagine my surprise to find the damaged fabric when I looked at it shortly before my event. They claimed to have fixed it, but all they did was pull one of the snagged threads to the back side of the dress. The snags are still visible. Despite contact with the Midland store manager and the owner in San Antonio, I have not heard one word of regret or an offer to remake the dress. This was very expensive and is a total loss for me.
