Specifically lease enforcement, illegal drug/marijuana use, unregistered and inoperable motor vehicles, and failure to treat back of building units with the same attention as street visible front side units. Courtesy officers, if any, are never seen making any rounds. There are many other seemingly less important issues that are "overlooked". My biggest complaint is no one from the corporate office will even bother to come UNANNOUNCED and observe this property without advanced notice. The only accolade I can provide at this time is the recent renovations! I just wish that appliances would have been included in this upgrade.

During my time here I was constantly fighting doors and windows that wouldn't seal, cabinets falling apart, and pieces of ceiling falling down. However this is far from the worst thing. During my last year I agree'd upon signing an 8 month lease with the office however they went ahead and made the lease for the full 12 months. After moving out I received a notice that I owed for ending the lease early. I sent the emails showing that an 8 month lease was agree'd to but was told the emails and what I was told did not matter and I would owe the full amount. Avoid these if at all possible! There are better options in the area!

I have been a resident at Station 75 Apartments for over 2yrs now and I have to say I've never…read morelived in a better community. I have been renting off and on for over 25 years. It's the first community I've lived in where maintenance calls were answered PROMPTLY! They area always complete gentleman and I feel safe when they enter my apartment, The common areas, pool, mailroom and breezeways are clean and regularly maintained. Management has done an impeccable job at keeping us safe by addressing tenant concerns and having a tight knit relationship with HCPD. The ladies in the office are friendly and very helpful when called upon for concerns. Everyone is reachable and responds to messages promptly. I have really enjoyed living here and would never rent elsewhere until it's time to purchase a homes . Big thanks to Maria for running our community so professionally! She's young but smart, knows her job well and has a no non sense approach with property management. Love it here!
