We were then left under the supervision of a general dentist, not a certified orthodontist. Unfortunately, my son's orthodontic issues were never properly followed through or corrected. We recently had an evaluation with a new orthodontist who confirmed he now needs a full orthodontic retreat. Despite this, the original practice has refused to offer any kind of refund or resolution to help cover the cost of correcting the failed treatment. This experience has been incredibly frustrating and costly. I would not recommend this office to anyone seeking reliable and consistent orthodontic care.

Just to back-track, we first got a consult with another provider in town..(way back when at the beginning of the process), and that provider and staff never used my son's name in the appointment. They just walked in and each separately said "hello". It is not hard to look first on the paperwork and see who you are greeting for the first time, especially when you want their business. That just kind of rubbed me the wrong way. Also, the main provider was dressed like a Louis Vuitton fashion show with everything flashy and high-end (shirt, etc). I love fashion as much as the next person, but I couldn't help but get the impression that my son would be more of a tool on how to get money for that providers' clothes, than a focus on care. So, in a nutshell, when we went to Brandon Linn's office, the initial appointment was very down to earth and personal, professional and kind. I had scheduled this appointment in advance as it was the earliest time that worked with my schedule. I also had to adjust my morning to attend this appointment. So I missed the gym this morning for this, to then also not get my appointment either. If it was once, then not a big deal. But, they cancelled my fiancée's appointment last minute, rescheduled it, then cancelled it again last minute. This seems to be a trend and not a one-off occurrence. Based on my call with the office this morning, it sounds like it is under new management. Not sure if new management is the problem or if it's just growing pains of that. Either way, we will be finding a new dentist that can honor their scheduled appointments and can communicate in a timely manner if changes are needed.
