There was a social security card lying on their office table alongside names, birthdays, and insurance information all displayed on a whiteboard within the office we were asked to go into to schedule an appointment. My significant other was the person seeking treatment here but I have been into their office around 5 times. Each time there was a major red flag within a half an hour of being there. Although the people that work here are very kind, they do not have their clients backs. This is not a trans friendly space despite being ran by a trans women! I understand that this service is not provided many other places in Eugene, but I urge you to go elsewhere! Also, the electrolysis could have been done better :)

She offers a service you can't get anywhere else locally, and takes advantage of the desperation of her clients to over-bill for bad service. I heard nothing but bad things about her from multiple sources prior to treatment, but I wanted to believe it would be different for me. I'm sad to say I've heard of at least two other people since I stopped going that have had similar terrible experiences.
