Without a doubt Lowe's is the anchor store in this shopping center. There are two other shops here…read more They are a Carol's Hope thrift store and the Back b Nine 24/7 golf simulator business. This particular Lowe's is a huge drawing card for the other stores. Depending on the time of day traffic can be very challenging. Today was the Sunday afternoon before Memorial Day and the word challenging is an understatement! I did visit Lowe's and have included pictures.

The mall itself is largely unchanged outside and in with the exception of closed stores. Upon entry at foodcourt you can look up the second floor and see the theatre no longer operates. There was one visible closed off entry inside to detached store I think was sporting goods before but no others. There is Belk, Dillards, JC Penny's and distinctly remember a dedicated Pandora store. In the old Sears building is now Rural King, farm equipment. There is a Costco not part of the mall but built very near behind. I wasn't sure what to expect walking inside, but to my pleasant surprise it seems to be a surviving mall for now. Come to this location for some centralized shopping and keep our malls going.

This was a nice walk and shop as it was a little too cold out to do an outdoor outlet mall. Indoors, walking through Dillard's and others was pleasant though the prices are definitely not low. We used the Dillard's entrance as it's always nice to set your expectations high when you enter a shopping mall. Once past that wallet drain, the mall is in good shape and well lit. The app/website needs a major overhaul. If your phone locks, you have to start your search for the registry from the beginning and it doesn't even save your searches, so you have to retype the names every time then search through the registry for the item(s) you wanted- very frustrating!!!! Then to add to the frustration, the registry listed a special sale offering 20% off with the special code for the "in store only" items I wanted. A nice young sales girl didn't know how to apply the offer, so she called for a supervisor. Oh bless her and me for not causing a big scene. The supervisor had no idea how to use the app, website, or much less how to handle the special offer! She spoke to me in a very demeaning & condescending tone saying, "oh you'll have to go to customer service." - while she shuffled things around and tried to read my phone screen and had me click on things. I would have gladly gone to customer service if she'd stopped telling me she couldn't do it and stopped sounding like it was my fault she didn't know about an offer her employer offered. At least she was the only unpleasant employee I dealt with there,but it's sad that she's in a supervisory position.
