The prices are very economical. The Downs: I wasn't impressed with their customer service. Especially in the wedding department I would have expected a little more attention and service. It wasn't bad, per se but I just felt as though when I came in for alterations and fittings that I was rushed and wasn't really being focused on as I should. The venue team was fantastic with communication and super helpful in guiding us on where to park and unload. They have a designated vendor parking spot, which made unloading a breeze--a huge plus! Trash disposal was also quick and easy--we simply tied up the bags and placed them in the designated spot behind the building. Parking during the event was smooth with no issues at all. Most importantly, the venue staff were beyond kind and helpful, making the entire process seamless and enjoyable! And a special shoutout to Laura, the owner--she is the absolute sweetest! We can't wait to cater again at The Barn at Poplar Springs soon.
