Noone showed up so I rang their number and was told the plumber rang in sick today, nobody contacted me to tell me this. I was then told that instead of the $120 call out fee it would now be $280 even though it is not my fault that noone showed up and I was not contacted. No offer for any resolution except you must pay $280 now. Not worried about the money, I will now go and pay another plumber that money that values customers and will contact their client. Utterly unprofessional, they proceeded to ask for more money upfront, for a job which was not only incomplete but had destroyed the carpenter's work. When calling to complain of the inadequate job, Kyle verbally abused us over the phone. They have no capacity to work in the trade, and even less to own their reckless actions or account for the destruction they leave.
