I am amazed with Dr. Wassmer's staff who was able to accommodate a next day appointment. They were sympathetic to my emergency need and very professional, not to mention so pleasant upon our arrival, making sure to contact our insurance to make sure I would be covered. After discovering I needed a removal of a wisdom tooth they worked with the local oral surgeon to arrange a same day extraction. This is unheard of and you cannot imagine my surprise to discover my problem would be taken care of all within 24 hours!!! Dr. Wassmer was thorough and did a wonderful job of explaining what was going on with my tooth and the need for extraction. I am SOOOO THANKFUL for this dentist and his staff and would highly recommend them. I travel this area every 13 weeks and honestly would consider making this my dentist office even if I didn't have to travel a great distance to get here. The entire staff was A+++

I think with the retirement of the OG's things are going quite well there with Astle. He recently fixed my chipped front tooth and I'm exceptionally happy with the aesthetics of the results. He has a good eye for shaping a front tooth filling. I'm happy to continue under his care, for my kids and my husband and me both. The family care is helpful and more expedient, which is just what we need! Also the office girls have been super helpful! If you have a question about your insurance stuff, just give them a jingle and I'm so sure they will sort it out for you. So save the headache of calling insurance yourself, and just let their girls sort you out. That's what I did, and they got it all figured out for me.
