I have to preface this by saying that…read morethis review is strictly for the Ob/Gyn office of Houston Methodist-Willowbrook and for Dr. Traci DeSplinter. There are 2 other doctors in this practice, Dr. Lee and Dr. Heiman, which I have not seen personally but my friend sees Dr. Heiman and loves her. I first found out about Dr. DeSplinter by a coworker who said she had a good experience with her, and she wasn't lying! I have been seeing Dr. DeSplinter for about 5 years now and although I have moved further away from her office, I will gladly make the drive out to 249 to see her. The office is very clean and the entire staff is very friendly, professional and they believe in their patient's privacy. It's pretty easy to schedule appointments. You can call the office or you can request one online at their website. The only downside is that the schedule becomes full quickly, so I suggest to make appointments at least a few weeks in advance if possible. The wait time in the lobby isn't bad. Most times I've gotten called within 5-10 minutes after sitting down. All women know, that it's a very sensitive area of practice but Dr. DeSplinter is great. She's always been very professional and has excellent bedside manner. I can truly say that she makes me feel comfortable and I trust going to her. She makes an uneasy time bearable. The office isn't hard to find either. It's inside the main building of Houston Methodist Willowbrook (the building that faces the feeder road of 249) in Suite 100. When you first walk in, it's the first office on your left. Parking can be tricky sometimes since you're sharing the parking lot with other patients and visitors of the hospital but I've always had luck finding a spot not too far from the building. And the hospital also offers valet parking but I've yet to try it out. Overall, this is a wonderful office. I was hesitant to share about this doctor since I don't want her schedule to become even busier (lol) but I wanted to help out anyone who is currently looking for a caring ob/gyn. As I mentioned before, I live a good distance from the office now but I will gladly make the drive to see her since good, caring doctors are hard to come by. 5/5!

On a Sunday, I accidentally sliced the cornea of my eye and it was incredibly painful. I couldn't keep it open. Once we arrived, we got checked in immediately and waited about 5 minutes. A nurse came out and showed us to the exam room, took my vitals, and maybe 5-10 minutes later Dr. Saint-Jean came in. She gave me a thorough exam including administering special drops that would "illuminate" the extent of the injury, determined it only needed an antibiotic ointment, gave me a prescription and sent me on my way. Everything from check in to check out was seamless and professional. The facility was clean, organized, and well run by all involved. I hope to not need their services in the future, but if I do, they will be my first choice.
