Rated 1star as 0 isn't an option!!!! Once entering the facility you are not greeted in anyway not a hello just someone that seems to lack verbal communication only pointing to a check-in station. As I head down the 300 hall towards the 600 hall...immediately hit with a urine smell, that gets worse the further you walk! I cannot confirm the other halls although this establishment should be ashamed and embarrassed! read more

Willowbrook gets all the credit for transforming my aging mother from an anxious mess who was angry at the world, to a part of a vibrant community. Mom lived there for a year and a half. Not only did they care for her every physical need, but they loved her, even when she occasionally wasn't very loveable. Thank you, Willowbrook. I delivered food here, do not take your loved ones here , if you have loved ones in his home get them out NOW!! I saw elderly patients slumped over in their chairs with no one tending to them, I saw a frail elderly woman looking for help when a staff walked by her holding her finger up telling her not how ‍ no one was around tending to any these folks. I saw dozens of patients in their chairs looking sad and lost and not a single person helping them. This place was awful, made me sad and disgusted in one 5 minute visit to drop off food. Please don't take your loved ones here, and like I said if your loved ones are at this home get them out before something really awful happens to them. read more
