If you're into medical gaslighting, incompetent record-keeping, and providers who have as much empathy as a rabid dog...this is definitely the practice for you. If you'd actually like to have your pain treated appropriately by staff who legitimately care about your well-being, I'd highly recommend finding another practice. I'm certainly glad I did!!

I have severe migraines weekly where I experienced strokes and passed out several times. As anyone knows migraines are uncontrollable and unpredictable. So answer me this, do doctors truly do not understand what it means to be disabled? Or understand migraines? Or they just don't care about the patients except the money. Where have the integrity gone? To drop a patient for something they can't control is heartless. When doctors loses empathy for patients then they just become people with ability to write prescriptions and nothing else.

I had to take off of work today for this and cannot believe this is how long-time patients are treated here. While I understand that some people struggle to perform basic tasks like handling phone calls or speaking to others professionally, one would think that a person employed to manage phone calls has the mental capability to speak professionally and operate as an adult.

I have been going to this practice since 2019. My doctor of seven years left the practice, and I…read morewas not informed until I reached out to request a medication refill. I was then told I needed to see a new provider, which would normally be fine, except I am at a point in my care where I have always been able to message my provider and receive refills without an appointment every single time. I'm now being told because this is a new doctor, I'm basically starting over, to no fault of my own. When I called, I was on hold for over 15 minutes, only to be told the appointment would be telehealth. However, the patient portal listed it as in person. I was then told I would not receive the telehealth link until after paying for the appointment, which has never been the case in my 7 years as a patient. I have always received the link WAY before the appointment and it was marked appropriately as telehealth in the portal. When I tried to explain that I have been a long-term patient and that this information was inconsistent, the staff member hung up on me. YUP, I got hung up on, by a mental health facility. I'VE BEEN A PATIENT FOR 7 YEARS, I deserve more respect and clear answers. This was extremely unprofessional. The entire team needs additional training on bedside manner and on how to appropriately handle situations when a patient's long-term provider leaves the practice. After this appointment, I will be transferring my care elsewhere.
