I wanna say better, but it's what it is. However, on this nice and cool, very sunny day today, when drying my car, I noticed these marks on the rear passenger quarter panel. They are marks taking only the surface paint off the vehicle. So I believe, 'these are coming from the car wash'. So I summoned the manager, and he denies they're from the car wash. I said to him, "You're going to say that." He alleged they were impact marks, but there were no dents or gashes. After he felt them, I then took him to the front of the vehicle, showing him impact marks from highway driving. You can clearly distinguish the difference between the two. So I'll doctor those marks with this paint I have already purchased from the dealership to address those chip marks on the front of the vehicle. I just thought that needed to be shared for others to know that may have similar concerns. Fyi, he said to me, "Then why haven't others complained about it?" And I told him because they don't realize it yet. I understand why some people don't use this type of car wash. It's those pros and cons. Someone previously said to me these types of car washes will scratch your car up. I should've known because my car was scratched after my very first wash going through one of their car washes.

First, they have a very fair price on full detailing, about 40% percentage lower than other detailing centers with the same service in Cleveland area. Second, they provide the perfect job! My car was cleaned very well. Third, it's important for me, maybe not for everyone, that they can provide a ride service. Detailing costs more than four hours, after leaving my car, I had to call Uber to back home, and then call Uber again to go to the detailing center. They help me save around $40 on it! I really love that! Fourth, they open 7 days a week, 10 hours a day, which most of the detailing shops cannot provide. It's much more convenient for us to do detailing during weekends. Above all, I believe it's really worthy to do the detailing here. I have to mention it again: here is the best detailing center, with best price and service!

So the kid proceeds to fill up my tank which I didn't ask for and I had jumped out to try and stop it and told them I want a refund for the car wash because they didn't discount it (no coupon deduction) and the "manager" Jacob stood with an attitude and told me no refunds - take it up with my cc company. They are scamming people left and right on gas and car wash by forcing purchases with no remedy in sight. Buyer beware!

I just got off work today Tuesday 11/25/25. I went to this establishment as I have gone for almost…read more20 years. I pulled up asked the young man that came to help me for a fill up, 4 rockstars, and a cartoon of LD red 100's. The young man said LD menthol, I said no the reds. He started the pump after I popped it open for him, as the gas was pumping he went inside to get my cigarettes, came out with the wrong carton as said "Shorts" I repeated LD red 100's. He then went back in and started to walk around between getting my beverages and finishing out the gas. All with the carton on his hand. It wasn't until he came out of the register hut and said the total and took my card and asked if I wanted a receipt. He came came back out at handed me the wrong carton of smokes and the wrong beverages he got me monsters not rockstars and when I said I asked for rockstars and LD red 100's. He went to go correct the error, and they were telling him what he usually does (which means this is not anywhere near the first time this young man has made an error) his co workers told him that was not how to use the register to correct the error. The next thing I know the Owner young man came out already heated, and accused me of not saying exactly what I needed correctly and started accusing of lying. He also said that he has had a problem with me before. Again I have been going there for almost 20 years and never had a problem. I even congratulated the young man when he told me that he bought into the business. I also told him that for what it is worth, I was proud of him. I have been acquainted with this young man since he was 16. Back to this evening, he continued to not only give me an attitude but then started shouting at other customers. All while still calling me a liar. Stating that he tends to beleive his employee that has something to loose, as where my only issue is I got berated and accused of being a liar, and am out $120 + until my bank gives me the money back because his employee wasn't paying attention to what I said, and charged me for the wrong items. Then I am the one that gets banned for supposedly being a liar. Which is no way to run a business. I could understand if I was being obnoxious or loud of swearing or being just a complete jerk. I even offered to move my car up to not block other customers. But some how I am in the wrong. What the young owner doesn't understand is that it wouldn't matter if he didn't ban me, after the way he was acting I would never go back there again. Their gas is always higher than anywhere else in the area, half the time they don't have what people need. I also have driven away with the wrong items before and just sucked it up. With the holidays upon us we all need every dime we have. I just hope that my money will be refunded as promised and further legal actions do not need to be made. The way that young man is acting towards customers was very aggressive and scary. So beware of going there, if you don't want to be accused of being a liar. And being threatened by the owner. Just never will I ever go back there and neither will any of the many friends I know that frequent there.

My only other experience was a standard wash with tire detail, which was great, but full detailing?? Who knew. Picked up the car after 2 hours and couldn't be happier. Fantastic job, store room finish for sure. I really should have taken a before and after but you can only imagine a years worth of baby snacks and dog hair from (2) very large dogs; they sure had their hands full! Bringing in my truck next. Probably just go with the exterior express deal for $34.95 cause my truck is already pretty clean, but at least it will give me an idea on consistency. Not to mention my tires look like they were dipped in brake dust where they are supposed to be chrome.....that's the next challenge for ACW. So comparison to other places around the area, I really think that $75 is a great deal. I could easily pay $125 somewhere else or possibly more. To have two guys working on cleaning your vehicle for 2 straight hours and have it turn out the way it did, awesome! Do yourself a favor, no one likes a dirty car, get that shizz clean. Note: It's also a gas station and typically has it reasonably priced. They also have a standard $8 auto wash. Be sure to map the directions because it can be a little difficult to get to.

But I have to Car Wash about six passenger windows or the driver windows. The brushes don't really hit the left or right of the car. I've had the same smudge on my back left window, even after washing his car about six times That is my only complaint. I mean the brushes work, but if you were in the drive-through the you'll see right the left brushes don't really clean the windows and when you pull in the workers only use the scrub brush to clean the front the back of your don't try to go over the size at all with the brush For that reason I may look into other Car Wash is just to see if my car gets a more thorough wash.
