Staff is rude and not friendly to non-members. They expect you to wait in line while one lane is clearly open and not in use.

Friendly people, easy, convenient, and gets my car clean. Plus, there is an area with vacuums, a spot to clean your floor mats, and an air gun. I got several memberships as gifts. What's not to like?! read more

If If you drive a jeep wrangler you don't get a good at wash this place. I've been taking my brand new Jeep Wrangler 2021 here since I bought it in October. Through the winter I haven't noticed any scratches but over last month or two I have see. scratches on my doors after washing. My jeep has 4000 miles on it and I've never washed it myself. I work at the hospital close by so I would usually drive through before work. I should have listened to my physician friends and just paid to have my car hand washed. I filed an incident report and they said they don't think it was from the car wash, not sure how else it would have happened... so I cancelled my membership. I wouldn't recommend this place. About 25 cars were in line this weekend on our 40 degree heatwave. My friend wanted his car cleaned up and the salt removed, so we waited. This was a really cool car wash. The car came out looking brand new! All for $9! I highly recommend coming here. It is fun to just drive through the place and watch the soap hit the windows than the weird little fabric arms slap the hell out of the car. There are like 4 dudes who dry it off when you get out. I really like this car wash. We have a ton of car washes in the Parma area, and I find this one to be THE BEST! It's a huge improvement over the old "Kwik Car Wash" that was at this site for decades. The "Sgt. Clean's Car Wash" on-site employees are knowledgeable and considerate. I also had to deal with their corporate office on an issue related to my Gold Card monthly car wash plan, and the issue was handled promptly, fairly, and to my satisfaction. We had the best touch-free car wash I've ever seen, Splash and Dash. Nothing touched my cars but soap and water. Sgt Clean bought it and put in a rotating brush method. Now, WHO would do that? Sgt Clean would, that's who. I notice a big drop in business. I know what's best for my vehicles, and that's NO BRUSHES! My car is now losing the pinstripes. They look perforated. Terrible experience from their customer service. Attempted to purchase a monthly subscription as a Christmas gift, when after paying I was told I would need the car with me. Which obviously defeats the purpose of a gift. The only option given was refunding my money back to my account in 4 business days Or buying a Three month gift card. Beyond inconvenient. The only person who helped me was Tiffany and she was extremely unprofessional, lacked customer service, and at one point asked to take my credit card! I now have to tell the person of their gift before Christmas so that this so called professional business doesn't steal my money. Keep your money from these thief's. Beyond rude. read more

Their conveyor has been scraping my expensive 19" inch rims since October it seems. I heard a noise but didn't think anything of it. But after the winter and now its spring looking closely at my wheels they are scraped the hell up. Now, I figured it might be me with curbs possibly until I said something to somone that I think the car wash did this. And they said which one. And they said, yeah they did that to mine too. So as I talk to people about the car wash doing this to my rims, come to find out there is more and more people with the same problem. And I haven't been going out of my way to ask. In fact, one guy said he called them about it and they could care less. I guess they think they are not responsible. I'm not Tim Mitney, but they will think I am when I'm done. read more

Oh my gosh, where do I start? Alex in Parma took time to explain to me all about the car wash and other services available. I was amazed at the outcome of my car wash. The wash removed all signs of dirt and road tar. The drying system is incredible. No need for hand drying. I must admit this is the #1 car wash in the area. I will return. read more

This car wash has been around for a while. It seems like it is slowly downsizing. Gone is the impulse shopping area. The car wash service itself seems to be slipping as well. Now you can get a quick, economy, exterior only wash and stay in the car while it happens. The complete wash is not as elaborate as it had been, and is not as thorough as other washes in the area. Convenient location to the area is what it has going for it. read more

The works cost me $20. The pullers jumped my wheel twice. I had to drive out through the last third of the car wash which means that not only did I not get all the wash features I paid for but then these idiots start to hand dry my truck. With the unrinsed soap still covering my whole truck! His explanation was "It's OK because that's conditioner not soap." I had to go find another car wash and pay for another wash just to get the soap rinsed off. Avoid this place like the clap. read more

Very Impressed! For $20 I got the protection package (interior and exterior plus wax). Worth. every. penny! I was in and out in less than 10 mins. I had quite a bit of dog hair throughout the interior of the car, lots of salt on the exterior and they got it all! I will definitely be back!! read more

The wash is pretty good unless you are following a pick up truck thru the tunnel. They run the cars so close together that when the wash is finished and you run thru the dryers all the soap that didn't drain out of the pick up bed in front of you blows all over your car and leaves soap spots all over. I have a black car so when this happens (twice now) it looks awful. Other than that it's an ok wash. read more

I decided to try this place although it looks a little seedy..even for a car wash! I purchased a one month unlimited wash plan...or that's what I thought. What you are actually signing up for is a recurring monthly charge. This was not mentioned at the time and silly me did not read the brochure that I was handed. Took me 3 months to realize I was paying monthly. When I went in to cancel I was told this info is in the brochure. I will never use this place again. A business that can not be transparent in their dealings with customers is not a business I wish to support. Saw this brand new, state of the art car wash advertised that can handle large vehicles (I drive a 12 seater) so I decided to give it a try. When I pull up, an attendant walks around my vehicle for his "inspection" then tells me that my car has too much oxidation and that I cannot use the car wash. I have never noticed rust on my car, but he insisted that there was too much of it and I must leave. I tell him I go to car washes all the time and have never heard of this, and ask how this great new equipment can be so sensitive. He apologizes and repeats that cars with oxidation are not permitted. Very frustrated and even bit humiliated, I comply and agree to leave, so he tells me to BACK OUT the way I came in! The driveway I had to back out of is a very long driveway off of a busy road, so I look at him like he's crazy for wanting me to back all this way out onto this main road in my big 12 seater (I was the ONLY one there mind you, he could have let me turn around past the pay machines) and he shrugs and just says I'm "gonna have to back out". Why, if they are going to turn cars away, do they not make a way for them to exit back to the road!? Or at least put a sign up that if your car has any rust on it at all, you should not enter the driveway. I should mention that when I got home, I checked my car for this offending rust, and I found two quarter size circles of rust on the inside of my wheel arcs, very small amounts. I think that since it was a drizzly dreary day, he and his co-worker who were sitting in chairs when I got there just wanted to continue to sit in their chairs and do nothing rather than get up and work.
