The maintenance crew is hard working and has been extremely prompt in completing any requests we've had. Our townhome was updated before we moved in and it is so nice inside! We haven't had any issues with bugs or mold, as we have with other properties in the area. There's a wonderful little backyard that we fenced in for our kids. The kitchen / entry way area is huge, and the ceilings have great height. No issues with parking because we have a garage and driveway that fits a total of 2 cars. It's so worth renting these over a tiny apartment. These are the same price, if not less expensive, than what you would get for a 2 bedroom apartment!

As other residents came to the complex parking became a living nightmare. There were times because it was a free-for all parking situation my family had to park at local businesses to park. They also wanted to raise our monthly rent to $500 for our rental renewal! When we moved in we were told we would have our ice cube marker instilled in two weeks. Three days before we moved out they installed it almost a year later. For a non smoking building half the residents smoked either cigs or pot inside their units. Then because they allow pets and they poop everywhere including the sidewalks and other places. Last thing was garbage was always overflowing most of the time. All in all I would have anyone thinking about here to think twice. They are all about profit and not customer service!

This place has continued to go downhill and continues to fill its apartments with tenants that don't work, use drugs, and don't watch their children as they run around the parking lot in front of cars. The apartments are filled with tenants on section 8 housing and I have seen several drug deals. If you actually work and are responsible you will not fit in here. There are several stolen shopping carts just hanging out in people's yards or being used as laundry baskets. The management closed down the entire laundry facility for all tenants for almost two months to "replace locks" after someone broke in and stole the quarters. They are super tacky and try to limit your water usage, raise rent significantly, and charge added fees for paying rent with a card and if you want to use a card they make you come into their offsite office location to pay your rent (good luck if you actually work during business hours!). I would never choose to rent again with the property management company that runs this place.

Rent is raised (rent was increased and parking was going to be an additional $50 a month). Heritage Manor does not offer an auto-pay option so a check or money order needs to be mailed for the rent. Money orders, stamps and envelopes cost money and time. Get with the times Heritage Manor and set up auto-pay. My daughter lived in apartment 20 (650 sq. ft.) for $950 a month. I did like that all the apartments were enclosed. Great security feature for single women. My daughter's apartment came with one assigned free parking spot. Renter's insurance is mandatory. Heritage Manor offers zero amenities. On-site coin operated washer and dryers are available. Units do not offer a dishwasher or microwave. Heritage Manor is very old and the units show it. Heritage Manor returned the full $500 refundable security deposit within a timely manner. Overall, there are better apartments in Everett for the same price with full amenities.

Another big issue is not enough washers/dryers in shared laundry room. Only 2 washers and dryers to share with 22 units! You also have to pay to do your laundry. Most tenants are pleasant and I think the bad ones have moved on thankfully. A positive is the units have good storage with big closets. I believe the rent is way to high for what we get.
