It was an older model and he quoted me both a price to repair and time to order parts or a price to replace. I chose to replace and rather just select from a few options they let me pick any unit from Lowe's or Home Depot. They bought and installed it with only the installation fee. The second time my dishwasher. Same thing, it needed a new circuit panel which was almost the price of a new washer. So I selected the one I wanted and they installed. I could also have just let them pick one out for me. They have always answered my calls directly or called me back promptly. They have an extra fee for the weekends, so I have had my work done weekdays and they can usually get to it in a day or so. (unless it is Aug as A & M student body is all moving into town!)
