He said he would send me an estimate by email. That was 2 weeks ago. Today Thursday Sept 12 , 2024 I called and spoke with the person who came out to give me an estimate. He said he was at a football game with one of his coworkers. I said to him if you don't want to do the work just tell me. He said. I'll give you an estimate. I said. If I accept your estimate would you do the work? He repeated I'll give you an estimate. I thought this was unprofessional for one to not receive an estimate in two weeks after he said he would email one. Then he wouldn't commit to the work. I do not recommend getting this company to do any work. They don't want to work, at least not for me. But that's another story. I will never contact this company again. Poor customer service.

Kristie immediately got directly involved by providing Mike, the company's lead installer, and his expertise until all matters were resolved. Kristie's communication with me was continuous throughout the process, and she worked diligently with our schedule. Mike worked tirelessly, and he was patient and accommodating. He executed quality work from start to finish. Both have been amazing. I want to emphasize that there was never a complaint about the beauty or quality of the gate itself. I have made multiple attempts to get the work finished and Jeremy, the owner, has made multiple excuses as to why he can't come finish the job. Not only does he not finish what he starts, he does a bad job on the floors. He sealed my garage, it is peeling. He painted my front porch, it is peeling. He stained my floors in my house and they are peeling also. Not only are the floors peeling, the color is coming off. In our living room, there are 2 outlets in the floor. The electrician was suppose to come in after the floors were done and even them off at the floor level. Jeremy took it upon himself to bring in sack concrete and put in around the outlets on the floor for what reason, we don't know. Now I have two mounds of concrete in my living room. The entrance to our guest bathroom has the word DOOR 26 written on it. He painted over the word instead of removing it before hand. There are several footprints in the paint also, where he walked thru the paint before it was dry. I can go on and on about all the mistakes he made, but I don't have enough time to write it all up. I am so irritated at what he has done to us. Spend a little extra and go get someone else to do the job. He uses cheap materials and doesn't stand behind his work. Anyone want to come look at my house can. I have plenty of pictures if anyone if anyone would like to see them. If I could give him zero stars I would.
