NOW we have the wholesaler threatening to place a lien on our home because Turley didn't pay them. I have tried to contact Turley through various means have been completely ignored. WE have a week before the lien procedure begins . I have found out now, that we aren't the first victims of what I would term fraud. In addition, one of their wholesalers sued them in district court for 200k because they went unpaid. Their salesperson should've know and hold them accountable too. DONT USE THEM. When we had to pull the trigger on a new roof, there was no one else we called. The quote was below others and we knew their work would be great. They rolled in around 6AM and started (while they were watching the weather for the next deluge). They finished our entire roof by sundown. Clean up was amazing. All of their workers were on it! We settled on one midsize chiminea, and Eric volunteered to add a varnish at no extra cost to make it look better at last longer. Before I left, they gave me a bag of Pinion pine firewood, as well as a package of fire starter no extra cost. Not too many businesses these days, give you the extras that make the purchase so worthwhile. Eric also took the time to show me around his business, and I was very impressed with the amount of firewood available in the back as well as all the decorative items in the store. I highly recommend these folks as they are new owners of this business and are going out of their way to make me feel welcome. I will definitely be back.
