I stopped in to buy some soda and a bag of Dots Pretzel, opened the pretzels and they were stale. I returned to the gas station and spoke to the cashier and told him about the pretzels and he smelled the bag and even tasted one and said he couldn't taste anything stale about them. I have purchased and eaten many bags of this brand of pretzels and these were stale for some reason, even though the expiration date was not expire. In short the employee would not help me or return my purchase price, I told him thanks for nothing and left him the bag of stale pretzel. I have stopped at Wills for years but will never stop or shop there again. Again, thanks for being so "not helpful". read more

I have lived just down the street from Will's for my entire life and go there quite frequently. I feel like I've got a good grasp of what Will's does well and what they don't do well. 1. Great location as it's 1/2 convenient stores and gas stations before you head up Provo Canyon. The other place by the way is Will's Canyon stop. (Owned by the same people.) So this is the place to stop if you are headed up the canyon to get stuff. 2. The owners are super friendly and do a good job at keeping the place in good shape and clean enough. While this might sound dumb, even when it comes to gas stations and convenient stores I like supporting local. The owners here have had it in their family for decades. 3. I would advise AGAINST their automatic car wash. The automatic isn't that good and somewhat expensive. Overall nice gas station. If the car wash was better or if they torn that down and put a dope food place or something, this could easily be a 5-star place. Right now they deserve 4. read more

Provo peeps, especially Timpview students (where my T-Birds at!?), know Will's Pit Stop is where it's at. Or at least it was back in the early 2000s. I'm sure the new hangout spot is much more instagrammable--dang kids these days. Will's is a gas station, though I rarely if ever actually filled up here. The convenience store is where we spent most our time. We'd pop in for a drink (the soda machine is fire...so many options) and a snack and to see who else was there/what everyone was up to that night. So there's definitely some personal biases based on nostalgia, buuut Will's is still a great spot for a beverage and snack while cruising around. read more

I have stopped here many, many times for a snack and for some gas. Has always been a good dependably gas station and convenience store. Good prices for gas and good variety of convenient items. I also love their car wash. You can pay per wash or buy a pack. read more

This place is getting better. For a few years the service was terrible, I used to avoid Wills but have found myself going back.

I love Wills Pit Stop! It's family owned and very welcoming each time I go. They have great drinks and snacks, plus it is the only gas station before going up the canyon so it's nice to grab some treats before heading up the mountain! Their hot chocolate is amazing and don't forget about the donuts! Wills is an A++ . It's a must stop. read more

Great local gas station that I visit on a daily basis! Awesome soda machine and great drink and candy variety. They also have an awesome donut and ice cream station. Great workers and service! They also have a great car wash variety. I really like how Wills has two entrance/exits. read more

Several months ago I handed the cashier at Will's Pit stop $25 cash for gas. I filled back up and went on my way. It wasn't til later I thought to check the receipt and saw they had only put $20 in the system and pocketed the other $5. Last night I had a similar experience at Will's Pit stop. I handed the Cashier $60 cash. I filled up and had a little over $10 unused. I went back inside to get this money. The man at the cash register began to take out "$6" and some cents. I told him I remembered there having been more than $10 left. He tried to look confused and said he mixed it up with another fueling station. I looked outside and my car was the only one at the gas station. The employees here are extremely dishonest and I would avoid this gas station at all costs just to make a statement. read more
