Third time bringing my Silverado here for oil change and a few warranty items. To try and replicate an issue the service department basically used our vehicle like a loaner and took someone home. Who gave them permission? Did they call beforehand, no!!! But we heard about it after. And apparently they took a midget home because the passenger seat was hiked up insanely high. Don't trust them with your vehicle. They don't respect it at all. Who the heck knows where they went and what havoc they wrecked that will rear it's ugly head later that I'll have to pay for. I won't be stopping here and will complain to Chevrolet directly. Beware!! read more

Just to say we just bought our car from you a 2009 Chevy Traverse. We do not want anything in return other then for you to know just how we feel about the vehicle that has several things wrong with it. Please don't advertise or say that you complete a all points inspection on all your used vehicles and state they are in good shape with no issues you claim you are aware of. On Delivery of this vehicle and we paid cash for it with in five minutes of the salesman Brian leaving A light came on stating a problem with the catalytic converter. The brakes squeaked when stopping, and the steering made a vibrating noise when turning. What no one noticed this on the two hour drive to deliver this vehicle hmmm how interesting. It was our bad for not test driving a long test drive before we handed over the money, but it was your bad for saying nothing was wrong with this car. You so kindly came back for the vehicle the next day to take and fix the problem if it was not to expensive you said so we were grateful for at least that. The catalytic converter was replaced and you replaced the brake pads on the front only as they were not good and life left on back ones was 30% you claimed so this was on us to fix you said. Shouldn't all these issues have already been fixed before sale of this SUV? So my husband took the tires off and worked on said vehicle this past Tuesday to find all the rooters for the brakes are no good on front and back and you putting on break pads on no good rooters will just ruin the brake pads quickly and is really only a band aid to the problem for a short time. So much for your 14th in the nation ranked service department that I was told to have faith in. Are brakes not a safety issue why would you sale a car with bad breaks? The steering wheel still vibrates and makes a noise so thanks a heck of a lot. Shame on us for not test driving the vehicle and assuming you were honest, but shame on you for saying that you are honest and it is not true. I will give bad reviews on any thing I can find to do so and will file a complaint with the better business bureau just so others may not be fooled as we were. There is no way if all the people as you told me that drove this car that worked in your office before we bought it that no one noticed the brakes or steering wheel issue. What about the long drive on delivery no one noticed any issues Even that being said there should be no issues to know about if you truly check out your used cars that you sale to people. read more
