I contacted Eversource, they came out and confirmed one of the legs was dead and the other under-powered. New wires to the house were installed the same day by Eversource. This was Easter weekend, and largely because of Mike's generous sharing of his time and expertise we were able to get power back the same day! He had found two breakers in our breaker box in the home that had at one point sparked and caused heat damage to the inside of our breaker box.
