I have been a customer of Bradway Plumbing for 5 years. They installed a hot water heater for us,…read moreand have completed multiple plumbing jobs such as toilet installations, sink faucets, UV light systems, and more. This morning I called requesting help with our aging mini-split a/c system and was told they would no longer provide service to us as a result of an incident that occurred last Fall when driving past the owner's house. The workers they hired were installing electrical conduit and a box truck in front of us stopped before starting again. My wife and I, with our two dogs in the car, began to proceed. I assumed it was safe to proceed. The truck suddenly stopped and the reverse lights came on, so I blew my horn, knowing they could not see us behind them. Suddenly, the two workers startied screaming at me, cursing and calling me names and verbally abusing me for proceeding. My wife and I were very shaken up by this and called the local police to report this violent behavior. I am extremely upset as well as disappointed that this company would turn their back on me as a customer. The only reason I am giving them two stars is that we have always been satisfied with their work. Knowing that this is how they operate, I would never even want to use them again. They actually should get 0 stars for treating a customer in such a way. EDIT: to be clear, I never said the workers who verbally abused us were employees of Bradway Plumbing. But it is Bradway Plumbing who we just discovered will no longer do work for us. There is no misplaced blame, other than Robert now trying to blame me. I guess he thinks we should just accept being verbally assaulted and cursed at by the people he hired to work on his house? Maybe he should have spoken to the people he hired about the incident. Anyway, I am now fully aware of the type of business owner Robert Bradway is and will happily move on.

Their response was almost immediate with technicians to address both a plumbing and heating emergency; a furnace failure which had resulted in a frozen pipe to burst causing catastrophic damage to our entire home. He didn't show, I texted and he said he missed his reminder, apologized, but did not try to reschedule. I texted him again and we set up another appointment. He texted me that day and said he was stuck on a job and couldn't make it. No attempt to reschedule. I texted 3 times after that and left a phone message. No response. The temperatures are in the 30s at night, but I have not turned my heat on yet while I try to find someone to repair my furnace. I'm cold, pissed, and don't understand how you stay in business when you treat customers like this.

John needed to bring in water & sewer into the building. He had to plumb the bathroom, laundry area & kitchen. He also had to run new propane lines for our cooking stove, Vt Castings propane heater & on demand hot water. It came out perfect. A couple of years later, he had to install a new boiler and all new piping along with all new plumbing for an old house I bought in Huntington. He also ran propane for a clothes dryer, and on demand hot water heater and cooking stove. Again the results were perfect. Recently he installed a water purifying system under our kitchen sink so that we did not have to buy water again. To hear the options and them explain that they can do either but wanted us to understand that it eventually would be best to replace and it's not much of a price difference to replace it versus repairing it. Overall, this plumber went above and beyond and came the next day. They gave notice before they arrived as i had requested. They were professional and respectful. Their prices were reasonable and fair and their work was more than sufficient. If you need a plumber, I recommend Green River Plumbing. Get your pipes fixed right at a good price. And never forget, every company is always learning. This company is not afraid to learn. As a customer and new business owner, i was able to assist them to send me their first invoice using Square. Although Mike Moro is licensed he dropped his two unlicensed employees at our home to do the work; we never saw Mike Moro again. He did not respond to calls texts or written letter. His one year labor guarantee is worthless. The installation of the refrigerant lines had to be redone three times. First they were put uncovered on the middle of the siding, looking like an industrial site, then they were put on the ground uncovered where any animal could eat through them, finally they put inside the crawl space but refrigerant lines were left uncovered and hanging off the condenser. Work was not done in a professional manner according to regulations and standard set forth by governing bodies and stated in our contract.
