Love the car wash! The attendants do a pre scrub and wash before doing the wax. Would definitely recommend buying a package!

This is our spare vehicle that isn't used often so we were trying to keep it maintained. They told me that it couldn't be aligned, that the struts would have to be replaced. They gave me a quote and sent me on my way. The did NOT tell me that the tie rods were bad, and I found out that they would have known Neither did they indicate that it might be at all unsafe to be driving. So My son drove the hummer as we were deciding how we wanted to tackle the expense and he had a wreck because the tie rods went out. He was very lucky not to have been injured and that he was going at a low speed as he had just left the house. He ended up in a farmer's field banged up as the hummer went off the road into a culvert. Wreck and a brand new tire ruined as well. NEVER again will I go there for mechanic work. Take 10, DO BETTER! You could have cost my son his life!

I came into this business on March 17th to have 2 tires replaced on my RV. The price for the tires…read morewas reasonable as well as the price of the labor. I headed North, since I was returning to my home state of Minnesota. 2 weeks later, I arrived at my destination, and just as I reached the exit ramp, something shiny rolled away from the RV. I stopped and walked back and there was my hub cap on the roadway with both lug nuts broken off. I also noted that 5 of the 8 lug nuts were gone and broken off. I contacted Bauer Built Tire and they sent a mechanic out to me. He showed me where the holes for the lugs were rounded and the hub itself was damaged. Bauer Built emailed me an invoice for the work that needed to be done. I contacted the manager, Justin. After a number of future attempts to contact him, I finally talked to him today(5/5) to discuss the work. His first offer was a 50/50 split of the bill. I told him that was completely unacceptable, and that I might be happy with a 75/25 split. Justin informed me he would speak to corporate again and try for an 80/20 split, but on further thought, why should I be responsible at all for any of the repairs if this company stands behind there policy of complete customer satisfaction. If I am not satisfied with their reply, then I will be forced to reach out to the BBB, and the State Attorney General's office for some help resolving this matter.

I've gone to Club Car Wash multiple times, and until today, it was mostly fine, not great, but…read morepredictable. My vehicle almost always requires two passes because of a rear overhang that simply doesn't get cleaned the first time. This has never been an issue before. I'm upfront about it every visit and even tell the cashier in advance that I'll likely go through twice. No problems. Ever. Today was different. After my first pass, I re-entered for the second, again, something I've done many times. That's when a man working the front of the line (who carried himself like a manager) came out and aggressively asked, "What was wrong with it the first time?" I paused and asked a reasonable question: What's the policy? Because as I understand it, and as the signage implies, if you're not satisfied, you can go through again. Instead of answering, he became defensive and kept pressing me to justify myself. I asked again: What's the policy? Still no answer. When I asked what the actual cost is for a car to go through a second time (since he wouldn't explain the policy), he snapped back with, "Well, you didn't pay $26... you paid $14. It's half-off day." Okay? And? Apparently paying on a half-off day disqualifies you from basic customer service. Who doesn't come on half-off days in this economy? At that point, I told him to just open the gate, I'd leave and never come back. Instead of de-escalating, he doubled down and talked down to me like I was trying to scam the place for daring to expect a clean car. For clarity: * I was polite * I was transparent * I followed what I believed to be the posted policy * I wasn't asking for anything free, just consistency I choose where my money goes, and it won't be here anymore. Attached are photos showing the rear overhang and front areas that routinely don't get cleaned on the first pass, which is the entire reason this happens in the first place. If management can't clearly explain their own policy, or treats customers like a nuisance for using it, there are plenty of other car washes that will. I won't be back

Do NOT purchase any of the memberships. They don't let you cancel them, all you can do is pause…read morethem which just means they skip charging for a few months and then start again without any warning. I have genuinely been wrestling all day trying to find a way to cancel my membership because they quite literally do not allow you to do it in the app or on the website, you go to cancel it and all of a sudden there are "no matches found" for a membership to cancel. But if you want to pause or even give them MORE money and UPGRADE, the app and website have no problem pulling up your membership. Not the first I've heard of this type of thing either. Go to Tommy's Express another couple blocks up, more affordable and they don't entrap you in BS like this.
