(The last guy to take them off was one of their mechanics while doing a diagnostic on my exhaust last year) Then they propped my car up with batteries, pieces of wood and other misc items to change the oil. Didn't put the e-brake on. My car rolled off the makeshift jacks and fell 12-16 inches. They refused to take any responsibility for damages to my car. Will not go back.

I got a flat tire off the feeder and happened to make it to this location coming home from work. I left my car in the lot and left a ticket for service the next morning. When I arrived right after the store opened the next morning with my mother-in-law, we were not greeted for about 20 minutes as the only sales rep was assisting someone else- totally understandable. Additionally, no one in the store, employees and customers, were wearing masks or any other PPE. He then asks for my name and aggressively told me he couldn't get my car to start, as the battery in my fob had died. So I showed him how to use it, was able to turn the vehicle on, and get it in the garage. Meanwhile, I'm told to wait for assistance. Next thing I know they have my car up and are conducting an oil change without first communicating what services they are doing. I ask for assistance from another representative, who says I had requested an oil change. When I questioned the service, Doug returned, held the ticket inches from my face and shook it mockingly, and said "Does it look like you checked oil change to you? Don't call me a liar!" Now, for reference, it did appear I had checked oil change, as I completed the ticket after dark and oil change was directly above the flat tire box. I expressed no emotion regarding the oil change, just asked for further clarification on what services were being performed on my vehicle since I had received no prior communication to this point. Because of my mistake, I was happy to pay $25 for an oil change BUT his response was totally unwarranted and extremely disrespectful at 8 AM. The remainder of the staff watched his behavior, and the same previous employer came to assist us from that point forward, but no one apologized for his behavior or offered any resolve for the lack of communication or unwanted service. This entire issue could have been resolved had they just confirmed my ticket prior to beginning services, but Doug's behavior and the other employees lack of a reaction will make me avoid this location at all costs going forward.

I have been scammed by mechanics before, so I was a little nervous. Max explained what the PCM did and what was going on with my car. He told me that I could look for a part online if I wanted to have my price a little lower. They picked up the part and were very communicative with me through the whole process. It was a very smooth and fast process. I appreciated that they did not try to get me to fix more things/buy more expensive parts, which most places would encourage! He told me to bring my own engine flush because they didn't sell the flush there. So I come in for my engine flus and oil change and I'm there just 15 min. before shop opened and there was "E" about to open the store..O he already has a attitude about working on Saturday. I say how are this morning good man..he replied I was ok till I seen you in that dam Caddilac...um like what did I do to deserve that bro. He then says I ain't even trying to be here for nobody today. So after waiting 15 more min for him to get his day started he pulls in my vehicle and starts the oil change as I told him before I would bring my own bottle of engine flush that I did leave on the drivers seat so that he wouldn't miss seeing it. I wait another 45 min as he and a few other workers clown around and drag their feet ..then finally I get my car pulled out of the garage and "E" tells me I'm all done..I say did you put the engine flush in the motor before changing the oil? He replies yes I did. So I pay for my service and paid extra for the flush..then when I get a mile down the road I noticed my engine light came on and I began to smell oil so I pulled over and lifted my hood only to find my oil cap on to of my radiator so I put the oil cap back on the valve cover where it belonged. When I get back in my vehicle I noticed the from under my seat slid the bottle of engine flush that I asked "E" to use during the required service I paid him for. Hmmm so I then check my oil and I pull my dip stick only to find out that my oil was dirty and was a quart lower than when I first pulled into the shop. I must say totally confused and furious to learn that not only did they change my oil nor flush the engine, But somewhere down the line I lost a whole quart of oil !
