Called for them to diagnose why my wheels kept locking up while initially driving off and all they did was scan the car for codes and told me the code for $120... for a cable i just had replaced abs speed sensor after telling him that he suggested its the ECU that Needs to be replaced. Power steering went out shortly after that and I haven't driving the car for two months. Took it to a trusted mechanic shop to diagnose again LAST WEEK and they confirmed it's the transmission that needs to be inspected by a transmission shop. I'll remove this review if the transmission shop confirms it's the ecu as well that needs to be replaced. (Response to owner) There's no issue I was waiting to confirm if the diagnoses given to me was correct to right my review. Forgive me for not remembering it was 125 exactly but , $125 for what auto zone does for free was my issue . I was expecting a real diagnosis by a mechanic to pin point the issue with accuracy and given a game plan not a simple computer diagnostic test that was for a code I already knew it had. read more

I'm very disappointed. The mechanic came out late due to a traffic stop by police and we let that slide. When he finally got started, He went under the car and an hr later tells us it's going to take more time to replace the part and that he scheduled other appointments so he would come back the next morning to complete the job. We even let that slide. The mechanic never showed up the next day. I even sent a text. He responded that he would call but there was nothing. I wasted time trying to work with this company. Had I have known I could have gotten someone that was willing to do the work. I would never refer or attempt to use them again. read more

Flat rate to replace 3 catalytic converters on my sedan. Only replaced 2, same charge. Couldn't get 02 sensor off old so sent me to get new one $125...gave wrong part & had to make 2 trips. Replacing was supposed to clear codes for catalytic converter. Check engine light back on as soon as he left. STAY AWAY!!! We are in our 70's (won't say how far up), and unfortunately, found ourselves stranded with her old car that would not start. I drove into Dallas on a semi-cross country trip after purchasing a used car from MS. An alternator belt had blown while on the highway which unbeknownst to me had shredded a crankshaft sensor wire. Took some time to place the alternator belt but still had a P0335 code error. We drove on limp mode (55 mph) into Dallas and found the part at an O'Reillys. I found Joshua on yelp in the early morning and quickly responded with a quote. I knew it would be a lot of work because we had already replaced the alternator belt. After a brief phone call he arrived at our location within 15 minutes. He located the issue and managed to repair it without tearing down the engine. Additionally, he spent some time to fix our roadside repair from earlier in the night and made the recommendation to replace the powersteering belt since he had it all apart. He drove me in his car to another store a few miles away to pick up the PS belt. Joshua really helped us out when we were in jam and I thank you for that.
