Literally just walked in didn't find what I needed then decided to leave. When I was stop by security and was told the part that was already in bag I needed to pay for unfortunately, the clerk didn't mark it down before I walked in. Literally had to pay $20 to get out of that place for my own part. Very Disappointed in there service.. I called a day in advance to schedule a junk car to be picked up from our rental property. We were set to go. I called the next morning to confirm and they were going to be there at 1pm. She called me back 12:34 and said they are not going to be able to come out. told her you guys are putting me in a bad position, I need this done today because I am not at that address but once every couple months. Said they are trying to get another agency to pick it up and she would call when it is set up. I received a call back at 1:04pm with great news, she had found someone and they are on their way now. Esta compañia no es confiable, van a sacar las partes que venden al Junke las compran a precios bajos y todas golpeadas las venden a un precio 6 veces mas caras de lo que cuestan. Luego que uno las quiere regresar porque no sirven no las aceptan y se quedan con el dinero de los clientes porque ya ellos teniendo el dinero seguro en su bolsa hacen que el cliente se quede con la parte inservible. Tienen un servicio al cliente pésimo, amables antes de vender y muy rudos cuando reclamas. Es una compañia de muy mala reputación. Worst unreliable place ever bought an engine and im a technician for about 15 years i know when a engine is bad . Sold me a overheated engine with bad cylinder compression then claiming i over heated it and the guy that picked up the old engine was rude saying i was rude but it was the other way around due to us getting our money back first of all i was requesting to get another engine not money but these guys were claiming the engine was working good! read more

Unprofessional, unreliable, downright rude. Stood us up, not once, but twice. Someone referred us to Pete here to sell a car/engine my brother had totaled. I requested for someone to come give us a quote. Alonzo was supposed to come by. Both days no call, no answer, no update, no one comes by. If you don't want our business, that's perfectly fine with us and understand a business has its priorities. However, the decent course of action would be to either say so from the start or to let us know if plans change so people are not stuck in one place waiting. I'm not asking for first-class service here. All I expected was some basic decency, some common courtesy. Clearly, that is too much to hope for from this place. read more
