Enter at your own risk. Bring all the tools you think you will need. Keep constant check of your tool inventory. You can easily lose value able tools. Only come if you have a great knowledge of tool use and cars. Don't be that guy that bothers others to borrow a tool. Also come early and as soon as the vehicle your looking for parts for comes in. This is a competitive environment. Also people will destroy valuable parts just to get to the parts they are looking for. Plan on break windows and climbing thru trunks. Still haven't figured out if it's deliberately done or a crash or defective lock latch. But at times it's impossible to get inside the cars you want. I'm a tool guy as well as a car guy. I also have attention to detail. And have a mechanical mind. The only thing that bothers me is missing out on certain parts. And coming to nothing but a husk of a car with very little left. Service can be extremely slow. This last visit I was just gonna walk out. Both times a very slow cashier or just one of those customers that holds up the line at the wrong time. I went to Pick your part to buy two passenger side doors. I'm at the counter paying for the doors and the guy asks me if I need a warranty for the doors I told him no they should fit. So I think he didn't add the warranty. I drove off to the gas station and looked at my receipt he added the warranty plus a core charge for two doors when I clearly told him that I didn't need the warranty. I go back up to the window and now he's telling me that I asked for the warranty and I can't give you a refund for the warranty . He kept asking me if I needed a warranty for two doors then he put it on anyway . An extra 80 dollars in unnecessary fees. read more

Bought rims for my ford explorer, they removed the tires for 6.00 fee since I only needed the rims. Lost the receipt and went back to get copy. They claimed you had to buy a extra warranty to get a receipt copy and to call their 800 number to get receipt. Called 800 and they stated only receipt available at the yard. Would recommend being careful with this location and copy any document they give you. read more

I went to buy a gas cap and four screws that go on the water pump and I decided to buy the water pump, but when I got the price for the water pump I felt that they were robbing me at knife point. The price was $33.65 + $300 tax on a use one. I freaked out because on eBay I could buy a top of the line (gates) water pump for $37.00 free shipping. So I had them removed the water pump from the bill and the cashier told me that my total was $7.00 dollars. I paid and I was upset already because of the over price water pump. I when to the car and I looked at my receipt and this guy stiffed me with my change, the receipt said $6.40 not $7.00 dollar like he said. I when back for my $.60 cents and he did not say anything.
