Received a bleeding cut on my arm when a side exit door slammed me while transporting luggage to my room; no assistance or sympathy from clerk. Could not turn shower on; it required a secret procedure to actuate it; no sign was posted to inform the guest. The continental breakfast was served in a very small room; with 10 other people in the room, it was very difficult to move around. When I walked barefoot on the carpet, my feet got dirty. There was some kind of gooey substance in the bottom of the wastepaper basket in the living area. The bathroom toilet was exceptionally low profile; it was very noticeable even though I'm a short guy. Only one of the two elevators worked. No info about the hotel or its services was located in the room. The evening staff were very unfriendly and not accommodating. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL!!! Pros: Surprisingly quiet. Good air conditioning. The refrigerator and microwave oven worked. Good Wi-Fi.

I ended up buying a go kart, an extra set of wheels and an engine mount. I highly recommend this event for anyone interested in getting into Kart racing or anyone just interested in karting. If you like to work out, the fitness area has everything you need, so no need to find an outside gym. I also appreciated the larger shampoo, conditioner, and body wash dispensers in the shower--exactly what you'd expect from a "Plus" property. A member of my party who is not an IHG member was asked which floor they wanted and was given a ground-floor room. Yet I was not asked about my preference at check-in. I understand preferences are subject to availability, but I expected more consistency and more attention to member preferences. More concerning, on the morning of checkout, I was told checkout was at noon, but around 9:20 AM someone knocked and then used a key card to open my room door while I was in the shower! The only thing that prevented entry was the interior latch. That is a serious safety issue. I do not know who attempted to enter, and an occupied room should not be accessed before checkout while a guest is still inside. This needs to be reviewed as a room security issue.

Creekwood would have received a fifth-star if their computer system had acknowledged my previous stays.
