Which is totally odd because this place is supposedly the most haunted hotel in Ohio? What are they trying to hide? They don't want people staying there that like the paranormal? I was stuck there last week and had to stay there until my ride came to get me. I am disable and he told me the disable room was taken, but it wasn't. He breaks every rule and law there is. That should have been my sign. Or perhaps the lack of attention to the displaying of the United States Flag out front. It was clearly hung incorrectly. As a Veteran I notice things like this. Then when I politely informed the staff on two separate occasions and provided them with the U.S. standard I was told two different excuses. Yet, three days later it was still wrong. As for the room, it was fair. The shower water trickled. Unfortunately the heat in the room was absolutely not to standard. My kids and I froze on the third night. All of these things were enough for me to check out. Sadly, they did not refund my prepaid fee's. My credit card company agreed to fight these illegitimate charges. I leave you with this, the management are not to be trusted.
