In addition to fixing the broken spring, I asked him to look over the rest of the door, brackets, sensors, etc, as we'd been having some other minor issues with opening inconsistently and just overall loudness of operation. Jim located a few things wrong and showed me how those things should be. And then he fixed them! Obvious issues in hindsight caused by the person who installed the door, who was most definitely not Jim. The door runs smoother and quieter than ever. I also like to direct my dollars locally when possible and the company is located right here in Morris.
