After weeks of hearing nothing, I followed up for scheduling. Tather than arrange for a date, they showed up unannounced for the handy-man service portion of the job. The handyman service was fine - they performed most of the work, but not all of it (didn't nail down the shingles I asked them to do on the roof). The main part of the job was clearing a large area of yard waste debris. During the quote process, I clearly showed the sales rep the area that was to be cleared - a dumping zone of brush and leaves in a trench next to my house. After weeks of not getting on the schedule and again following up with them, they eventually sent a team to do the job. The team cleared a small pile of sticks and promptly left, while leaving the bulk of the yard waste untouched! Surely I (wrongly) assumed they would be returning!.... When following up with them to complete the job, I received no response - only an invoice weeks later asking for payment in full. I again asked that they return to complete the work, and they simply pointed me to the vaguely written quote and asserted that they had finished the job. If you choose to use Dave's (I would start with someone else fist), make sure the quote is precise so that when they inevitably underperform, you have something to point to. Overall, disappointed in every aspect and would not recommend.
